Have an Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights... Amazing!

This year in November, I got to see Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights at Disney's Hollywood Studios. Now, sadly it was raining, so they weren't dancing, but it still was a magical sight to see! Here are some of my favorite pics:

If you have never seen the Osborne Family Spectacle of Dancing Lights, then make plans to see it next year, and if you would like to make sure you will see them Dancing, have no rain in the forecast.

Mickey and Minnie Christmas Outdoors Displays from Walmart

There are the two Disney Christmas Decor that I picked up last year at Wal-Mart. Both were at $49.99 but since I waited until after the holidays, I was able to pick up both for half the price. I was so excited to display them this year in my front yard for the Holidays. Each one stands 30 inches tall and was easy to put together. Here are two pictures of Mickey and Minnie. Flash on and off.

If you are looking for great Disney decor for the yard check out WalMart and others stores that have good discounts after Christmas, so you can get half off! It was like buying one and getting the other free! Merry Christmas and Have a Magical Day!

Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party ... was amazing!

This year I attended Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party with my family. It was a magical experience. I hope to someday get to enjoy this party again.
A Frozen Holiday Wish

It starts from 7pm to midnight, though they opened the gates at 4pm. We arrived around 5pm. Before 7pm we walked around and went on a few attractions. When the party started, our first stop was the Tortuga Tavern were we got complimentary holiday cookies and hot chocolate.  Yum! There are seven stations through out the park that night were you could get these treats, or the had some alternative healthy options. Then we headed over to the castle and watched Celebrate The Season and A Frozen Holiday Wish! Both were beautiful, colorful and full of Disney Magic!
Later you watched the Mickey's Once Upon A ChristmasTime Parade and LOVED every minute! The songs, the dancing, the costumes were all amazing!
The Parade
As the night went on, we stopped in for more treats, went on a few more attractions. Magic Kingdom also turned Jungle Cruise, unto Jingle Cruise which was silly, enjoyable and festive.
As 10:30pm came around the park was less crowded, so we got to go on Seven Dwarfs Mine Train which was a blast. Since we are all adults and one teenager, we stayed almost to midnight before heading back to the resort. It was hard to leave Magic Kingdom...as you walked out, snow was falling down from Main Street USA making it a memorable night! Money well spent!
If you have ever wanted to go to this party, I highly recommend you do!

Thoughts on my Upcoming Disney Vacation!

The countdown has started...only 101 days until I'm with my family at Walt Disney World. Have the resort reservations all completed. Going to attend Mickey's Very Merry Christmas Party (something I've always wanted to do). Still working on reservations to which restaurant I want to eat at while we are staying. So many choices! We have decided to attend a water park and it was easy which one, because it will be the only one open during our stay...Blizzard Beach. I have gone to this one before and loved it (though its been years) so excited to play at it again....this time my son will be joining me. He has never gone so it will be even more exciting! Now, my son is 13 years old. Last time we came down he was 7. He already told me he is looking forward to going but not interested in getting any autographs this time. I am trying to work with this change of just hunting down rides and skipping everything else. And he stated "nothing girly". LOL ...which he means, no seeing any princesses. So rides, shows, and only 'boyish' things on the list! Check! Should make for a fun trip! Though I am excited about seeing the New Fantasyland, since the last time I've been down was 2010. Happy times ahead!

Maleficent Free Fall App Review and Use Bing Awards to pay for Powers through Amazon

I have enjoyed the Frozen Free Fall app and so I decided to give Maleficent Free Fall app a try. Based on the same idea but still very different. I love the map, which is more of a book with chapters that you follow as you bet levels. You have different powers which you can use to help you during the level. I like that you can earn power points when beating a level. The more stars you have at the end of the level, more power points you will receive.

You start at the beginning of the story and your companion is young Maleficent. You go through the first chapter with her and then after you have the older Maleficent. Each level has different different things, like shields, or jars, or chains..etc, that you have to break or fill with crystals. I have been playing the game for four weeks and still enjoy trying to beat each level I come across. If you have enjoyed playing Frozen, then you should give Maleficent a try...you will get addicted to the game!

At the beginning with Young Maleficent

A level with Young Maleficent

The first chapter in the story, lights up to the level you are playing

This is the second chapter

This is in the four chapter, each chapter has 15 levels

This is a level where you have to fill bottles to win

Overall, I enjoy this app as much as I have enjoyed Frozen. I love the graphics, the levels and my companions. If you don't like buying power to help with some levels, you can earn points in the game and can always join Bing for free (like me) to earn $$ to play.

Have a Magical Day!

Also have a sweepstakes that is happening July 10th through July 24th. Enter if you haven't yet :) You could win a Cinderella DVD gift set!

Frozen App Review and how to get Amazon $$ for awards

I have been playing Frozen App for over three months now. At times, I have taken breaks from the app and tried out new app games, but this one is a favorite. I love the graphics of the game and the map is beautiful. Each character in the game has their own unique power. I have to say that Olaf is my favorite one to play along side Elsa.

You can earn daily prizes and each day you start with 5 lives, and then you gain a life in a half hour. Most of the time, I seem to win lives in the daily prize. Sometimes, I get lucky and get a snowball or special power. The snowball is for five more moves in a level you are playing. Example, you see you have two more moves to complete a level and maybe you have been stuck on the level for awhile. You can use a snowball to give you those extra moves to win the level and move forward in the game.

After playing the Frozen app for awhile I am just about up the ice castle. I have to say that a few times I did buy power, but I don't use my money. I have joined Bing Rewards and earn $5.00 for a amazon card which helps to get my power when I want to get by a level I have been stuck on for awhile. I don't always get stuck, some levels are easier then others. But if you try the app, you will get hooked. It's addicting and enjoyable. You will want to play just to see the characters.

Here are a few pictures of Frozen and the levels I have played.

Here are some of the characters I get to pick through to play the levels I am on

The Ice Castle I am almost at in the game

The trail of levels, you can always go back and try to get higher scores if you want in the game

One of the levels I played a few times. This one was a little hard, but I got all the wolves in time.

Hope this helps and you try Frozen app if you haven't already. I just love the game and if you want to try Bing Rewards, you will be excited about getting free cash for power or anything else you want.

Have a magical day.

Also have a sweepstakes that is happening July 10th through July 24th. Enter if you haven't yet :) You could win a Cinderella DVD gift set!

Cinderella Movie 2015 and Giveaway

I have watched the new Disney movie trailer for Cinderella which will be coming to theaters in the year 2015. The movie will star Lily James who is also in DownTon Abbey. There was a picture online of her riding a horse. Looking at her, I think she makes a fine, very innocent looking,  Cinderella. She will play Ella (Cinderella) in the new version of the Disney classic that also will have Cate Blanchett as the mean stepmother Lady Tremaine and Helena Bonham Carter as The Fairy Godmother.
The trailer is was just of the shoe which looks so magical and loved the touch with the butterfly at the end. It's short but it's just a tease to what the next trailer will bring.

For all those that love Cinderella, I wanted to do a sweepstakes for them. This sweepstakes is of one Cinderella Speacial Edition Set, The Collector's DVD gift Set. It was released back in 2005. A $30.00 Value.

The Box set includes:

Film Frame From Movie

This is the Gift Set that will be given to winner of this Sweepstakes

This sweepstakes starts July 10th and will run through the July 24th. The winner will be picked around the 25th and contacted during that time.

Disney Dollars....It's A Giveaway!

Disney Dollars... I have recently started collecting a few of these. I remember as a kid going to Walt Disney World and seeing a few of them. They mostly looked the same through the early years, but have taken off, and starting to become worth more then an American Dollar! Really! I have seen a few one dollars go for three to five American dollars. It seems everyone wants their hands on Disney dollars.
Mountain Dollars

Can't say I blame them, they are so unique. Each set, every year is different then the last. This years set is the different Mountains at Magic Kingdom. Space, Thunder and Splash. Each Mountain is worth one, five or ten. They design is amazing and I loved how they added Mickey on the back and on each of the rides. Who wants to spend something so awesome looking.

Many have collections that holds 100s in Disney dollars. Disney Dollars were first issued in May 1987 and originally came in just $1 and $5 bills. In 1990, Disney added a $10 bill. Once back in
The $50 bill in 2005
2005, they added a $50 bill with Mickey Mouse. I have only seen a few of them online and they go for over $100 now.

The sets every year are always different then any of year and follow a theme. Last year they had a set of four dollars which were ones. They had different characters of them but only one became hard to find and the
The error dollar of 2013
value went up. The One Hundred and One Dalmatians was taken off after a few weeks. The word Dalmatians was spelt wrong...Dalmations. This made the bill harder to find and everyone tried to get their hands on the error dollar.

Where came you spend Disney Dollars? Disney Dollars are the official currency of Walt Disney World Resort, the Disneyland Resort and Disney Store locations and they came be used at all of them even cruises. Came be used for tickets, food, items and so much more.

Spring is in the Air! Disney at Walgreens

I love to garden. When spring arrives, I plant my flowers in the garden outside. Spring is close up here but still a few weeks away.
Visited Walgreens and they already have taken out their garden section. I was so excited to see Garden Stepping Stones that were related to Disney. They had Tinker Bell, Pooh and Mickey! I had to buy Mickey!

This picture up above is of the Mickey stepping stone I bought for my flower garden. It was $6.99. Love it! It's about 9 inches tall.

I also love Pot Hangers. I have pots inside and outside during the summer months. Walgreens had really cute Disney Pot Hangers of Mickey, Pooh, Minnie and Tinker Bell. There was also the seven dwarfs, All seven! They were 2 for $5.00. Check Mickey and Tinker Bell below!

The Pot Hangers were about 3 inches tall. They look great on my flower pots inside! I am getting excited about Spring and hope to find more Disney Treasures to put in my gardens outside!

Ice Castle/ Frozen Loon Mountain...and meet Olaf

Reminded me of the Disney Movie FROZEN. Beautiful Ice Castle, At Loon Mountain.
This is where you can zip-line during the day and go through the ice pillars
TOP of the castle, during the day time. Beautiful.

Loved the moon pecking through the opening, glowing light blue at night.

Amazing Ice Work

My stepson glowing in the light. He loved the Ice Castle!

Beautiful! The colors where amazing at night!
Blues and reds. Reminded me of the Disney Castle at night, lit.
Took us about 45 minutes to get through.
I heard with the snow, that an Olaf was made and looks just like him!
I also heard that with all the visitors,
that they plan on bring back the Ice Castle again next year!
On Weekends it's 10.00 admission, less during the week.

Olaf! He came to life after our snow storm :)
