A Very Merry Xmas this Year

I enjoyed my Merry Xmas this year with some new Disney Magic in my house:

Jasmine and Rapunzel came to live at our house this Xmas and found a nice living spot in our tree!

We had Disney Mickey heads light up our tree with Tinkerbell on top!

One of my favorite things to do is make a gingerbread house and what a better house to build then...

A MICKEY AND MINNIE GINGERBREAD HOUSE! 

Has anyone made this one before...lots of fun!

Sad Day for Disney

It's a sad day for Disney....

Diane Disney Miller has passed away at 79 today. She was the beloved daughter of Walt Disney and will be missed by millions of Disney fans. May she rest in peace.

Maleficent is here!

The trailer for the new Maleficent movie that is set to come out this summer 2014 is here! Not sure if I'll see it in theaters but I might enjoy on video.

Seeing Maleficent brings back memories of when I worked at WDW in Magic Kingdom. I enjoyed talking with Maleficent at work every day. She wasn't so bad when speaking with on lunch break! Friendly at times, but that could have been because she had food in her! Everyone is happy when eating a delicious meal. LOL...

My Walt Disney World Mural 2013

Took me over a year to complete due to interruptions. I've got all four parks, and even the monorail. The Mural is about 7ft wide by 5ft high. Done is acrylic paint. Now, onto my next Disney project!

Have to watch this trailer of Once Upon A Time for Season Three ... It seems the Little Mermaid Ariel is joining the cast! I also heard Tinker Bell will also be in season three! Very Excited about this up coming season....are you?

Easy to make:
Make any cupcakes you like, add  frosting... vanilla is the best to show the Mickey's better!
Add Oreo cookies, large Oreo for the head and small Oreos for the ears.
Place Mickey in the middle of the cupcake and done! 

SO YUMMY! :)

Disney Vinyl from AKM Vinyl Designs

I have been wanting for so long a Disney Vinyl for my Disney Room which I have been working on in the past two years. I wanted a Disney quote from Walt Disney with Mickey Mouse. I started to look around but most sites had some that were to big, or not the right Mickey Mouse, or way to small, and some where so pricey! 
After looking around for awhile, I started to ask about Disney vinyls on my Facebook page. An old high school friend of mine than wrote to me saying she was starting her own vinyl design. I was like 'no way!' Asked me what I was looking for...and after sharing my idea, she had some wonderful designs to show me. She was great at really listening to what I wanted, made changes and sent me pictures to make sure I loved the fonts, and design. When I asked about the price of the design I wanted, I was shocked on how reasonable the price was since I wanted a large vinyl for the room. 32" by 13" was the size I needed. The quote is 22" starting next to Mickey. After I gave her the 'ok' it wasn't long before she wrote to me telling me it was complete and on its way to my door!
I was so exited when it arrived. It was in perfect condition. The vinyl came with instructions which were easy to follow. The result is plain to see below...PREFECT!

Enjoy the Epcot International Flower & Garden Festival

I love going down to see the Gardens at Epcot, but the last few years, I haven't been able to go. This year my cousin Brit was able to go down with her family and got some wonderful pictures of the gardens at Epcot. The events run April 30th through May 19th, but you can see the gardens in advanced in April. They are beautiful and wonderful to see each year. Here is the line up for this year in the topiary displays:

FINDING

DORY!

Finding Dory is going to be the sequel to Finding Nemo which came out back in 2003. I'm so excited that Ellen DeGeneres is coming back for round two of playing sound a fun loving forgetful blue fish!

Plus the film will have some new faces, and bring back for familiar ones, such as Nemo and Marlin. The sequel is due out Nov. 25, 2015! It's Exciting!

I have been thinking of Disney a lot lately and started to look through some of my pictures. It's so wonderful to look back at Disney Vacations and smile, laugh and remember. Here are a few of my favorite moments to remember:
